the water car python is the fastest amphibious vehicle in the world, driving on land and boating in water.
the car is a modified consumer vehicle which can go 0—60 mph in just 4.5 seconds. the car uses a standard
engine on land and a jet engine for water propulsion, giving it a top speed of 60 mph in water and 100 mph
on land. while the car isn’t for everyone it can be hand built to order and customized with over 60,00
exterior colours to choose from. rather than sit in traffic all morning, why not just commute on water.

in an age of ipod and mp3s the record turntable is defiantly a nostalgic piece of audio equipment,
but designer joel scilley is reinventing them using wood. scilley uses pieces of wood, cutting them
and embedding the various electronic parts. the result is a series of unusual record players that
showcase the materials and turn the device into something more timeless than retro. but scilley isn’t
all about the music formats of the past either. he has also made a series of wooden ipod docks,
which utilize the standard white cord and two pieces of wood to hold up the device.
